Applications & Integrations
Map your CRM, project tools, scheduling, accounting, and other applications. Identify where information should move between them and what each connection can support.
Teams & Responsibilities
Define who owns each step across management, administration, sales, and delivery, so work moves with the right context and a clear next action.
Operations & Handoffs
Connect approvals, scheduling, project updates, and completion processes. Reduce repeat entry and the manual handoffs that keep work waiting.
Locations & Company Structure
Design shared processes around your departments, branches, or locations, with room for the permissions and local differences each team needs.
Visibility & Reporting
Bring agreed operational measures into useful reporting, so leaders can see progress, exceptions, and where someone needs to step in.
Focused Automations
Start with one task when that is all you need: notifications, data transfers, lead response, appointment reminders, or estimate follow-up.
Why Stallion Media
A real, locally operated agency built for mid-size results.
Stallion Media is a systems and automation agency operating out of Bakersfield, California, serving San Diego County and beyond. We specialize in company-wide integration work — the kind of coordinated, multi-department systems mid-size operations need — while still taking on focused, single-workflow automations.
Locally operated
Based in Bakersfield, California, and built to serve owner-led and mid-size companies across San Diego County and beyond — a real, locally operated agency, not an offshore ticket queue.
Mid-size systems capability
Our Company-Wide Systems tier is built for companies with multiple departments, locations, or teams — the same coordinated-operations approach larger, multi-location businesses need, scoped to fit companies at any size.
Quality care, per client
Every engagement gets a defined scope, phased rollout, testing, documentation, and training before handover — the same disciplined process whether the build is one automation or a full operating system.
Direct access, no account-manager layers
You work directly with the people building your system, not a rotating support queue. Questions get answered by someone who actually knows your build.
Method
Diagnose. Define. Design. Implement.
Diagnose
Map how work moves through your company, which applications support it, and where teams lose time or information.
Define
Set priorities, confirm integration feasibility, and define scope, ownership, and the baseline for measuring improvement.
Design
Design the connected system around your company structure, with clear data flows, permissions, human approvals, and rollout phases.
Implement
Build and test the agreed connections, train your team, and launch in phases with documentation and a clear support plan.
What you receive
Know what to connect. Know where to start.
Not every consultation results in a proposal — this is the diagnostic itself, not a promise of what comes after it.
One offer, built at full scale
The Command Center. Priced by how many people use it.
We build one system — the full Command Center — every time, whether it’s layered over a single owner running their own operation or rolled out across a whole company. No smaller slice, no feature gate. You scale it by seats, not by upgrading packages later.
Founding Partner — 2 spots remaining
Sign on as a founding client: $0 setup — the build is free — and $1,200/month, locked in for life — the founding rate never increases, even as the standard price does. Only two founding offers remain. After those are signed and paid, every new Command Center starts at the full $3,200 price point.
Command Center
$1,600 / month starting month two, includes 3 seats
$99/month per additional seat beyond the first 3.
One coordinated operating system across your software, your team, and your day-to-day work — dispatch, approvals, reporting, and the integrations that connect them. Owner accounts and full corporate rollouts use the same build.
Request Your Free ConsultationSetup is paid 50% to begin, 25% at an agreed milestone, and 25% at operating completion (waived entirely for Founding Partners). Monthly service begins when you accept the completed build for activation. Third-party software and usage are billed separately.

FAQ
Before you request a call.
What do your packages cost?
One offer: the Command Center. $3,200 setup, which includes the build and your first month of full-time IT support, then $1,600/month starting month two, including 3 seats; additional seats are $99/month each. Two Founding Partner offers remain at $0 setup and $1,200/month locked for life. After those are signed and paid, every new Command Center starts at the full $3,200 price point. We agree the scope before starting; outside software, usage, and optional add-ons are separate.
When does monthly service start?
Monthly service starts when you accept the completed build for activation. Standard setup payments are 50% to begin, 25% at an agreed milestone, and 25% at operating completion. Ongoing edits are covered within your agreed monthly scope and support allowance.
Can you connect the software we already use?
We start with your existing applications and the way your team uses them. During discovery, we check available integrations, data access, permissions, and software limitations before recommending what to connect or change.
Do you work with different company sizes and structures?
Yes. We scope work for owner-led businesses, growing teams, and companies with multiple departments or locations. The design reflects your workflows, decision-making structure, access needs, and rollout priorities.
Can we start with a smaller automation?
Yes. A single notification, approval flow, data transfer, or lead follow-up process can be its own engagement. You do not need a company-wide build to work with us.
What happens after a larger system is built?
The agreed build includes testing, documentation, training, and a handover plan. Ongoing management can cover monitoring, issue response, reporting, and scoped improvements. Support responsibilities and terms are agreed before launch.
What happens on the call?
We discuss your company structure, current applications, and the workflows you want to improve. We walk through a real process to identify the main gaps and recommend whether a focused automation or deeper systems audit makes sense.
Does every consultation end in a proposal?
No. Depending on what the diagnostic finds, the outcome might be a recommendation to fix something internally, a scoped Workflow Audit and Blueprint, or an implementation proposal — decided after the diagnostic, not before.
What should we have ready beforehand?
Bring a list of the applications your company uses and one example of a process that involves repeated entry, disconnected information, or a difficult handoff. Be ready to explain which teams or locations are involved.
Can we meet over Zoom instead of in person?
Yes. Zoom and approved in-person consultations are both available for qualified businesses, depending on service area.
What if we're not a fit?
We'll tell you directly, with the specific reason, rather than pushing toward a proposal that doesn't make sense for your business.
